Forlì For Talents is the program provided by the Municipality of Forlì with the aim of developing integrated services to attract and retain highly qualified citizens in the area.

Services provided

The infodesk is designed to support international talents by making their arrival and integration easier.
• Bureaucratic and documentation support: assistance in finding accommodation and guidance on residence permit applications, renewals, and conversions.
• Job and training guidance: help with creating and improving CVs, as well as information about job opportunities and training courses.
• Cultural and social information: updates on local cultural events, sports activities, and connections to associations and integration services.
In addition to directly supporting international talents, the Forlì for Talent website plays a crucial role in fostering a dynamic local ecosystem by providing support to enterprises in attracting and retaining skilled talent, promoting events, networking, and exchange opportunities and building strong connections between talents, businesses, institutions, and the wider community.

The Talents Help Desk is available, by appointment only, filling out this form.
Tuesday: 3:30PM-6:30PM in person at the Informagiovani office (Piazza Saffi, 8)
Monday: 8:30AM-2:00PM (until September 22), Fridays 1:30PM-5:30PM online.

The Talents Mobile Infodesk is active during April and early May at the Campus of Forlì (Piazzale Sante Solieri, 1) on September 29, October 13, November 3 and 17, December 9, and at the Engineering Department (Via Luciano Montaspro, 97) on October 6, 20, 27, November 10 and 24, December 12.

The project provides tools and opportunities for the orientation and placement of students, recent graduates, PhD and PhD students in the transition from university to the world of work.

Services provided
The University is implementing a range of initiatives to enhance career orientation, placement, and alignment with labor market needs, with a focus on a multicampus and international approach:
• strengthened job orientation activities across campuses, including meetings with industry professionals and testimonials from alumni;
• expanded placement programs to increase contact between target groups and local companies, alongside dedicated mentoring pathways;
• support PhD Career Development exploring non-academic careers, such as seminars, workshops, and networking events with businesses, regional clusters, and public institutions;
• job orientation activities designed for international students, promoting awareness of local services provided by municipalities and the Metropolitan City;
• development of IT tools to support self-directed career planning.
