Talenti@MO is a programme by the Municipality of Modena to attract and retain international talent by offering practical support, fostering cultural and professional integration, and promoting innovation. Through partnerships with local institutions like Laboratorio Aperto, it connects skilled professionals with businesses, organizes community events, STEAM workshops, hackathons and company visits.
Services provided
From practical support to cultural integration, the programme is designed to make newcomers feel welcomed, informed, and connected. Here the key services.
• Administrative support: assistance with essential documentation and bureaucratic procedures necessary for settling in the city.
• Cultural integration: access to information on local culture, events, and leisure activities to help newcomers feel part of the community.
• Community engagement: opportunities to join local associations and engage in volunteer work.
• Support partners and family members: provide information on educational institutions for children and offer guidance on job search strategies within the area.
• Access to free Italian language courses, enabling newcomers to communicate effectively and feel more at home in their new environment.

Progetto Alumni 2024/2025
State Conservatory Vecchi Tonelli of Modena
The Conservatory of Modena, in collaboration with four other conservatories along the Via Emilia, selects graduates to participate in Palcoscenico – a digital platform fostering collaborative music projects. The platform supports project development through networking tools, mentorship, and expert evaluation, culminating in live performances or musical productions.

• Access to an interactive platform for collaboration and networking
• Sharing of CVs, repertoires, and artistic interests via dedicated chat
• Search engine for exploring musical projects and repertoires
• Organizational chart of available faculty and resources
• Project submission and documentation tools
• Evaluation by a Scientific Committee
• Coordination and mentorship from faculty members
• Support in musical project management and concert production

University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE)
This project leverages advanced artificial intelligence to enhance university graduate placement by precisely matching academic profiles with labour market opportunities, promoting sustainable development and digital transition. It aims to reduce recruitment costs for companies, improve regional productivity, and support tailored learning paths through integration with AlmaLaurea. Additionally, it fosters soft skills training and career matching initiatives to better align academic competencies with labor market needs.
