About the European Week of Regions and Cities 2024

The European Week of Regions and Cities is an annual four-day event during which cities and regions showcase their capacity to create growth and jobs, implement European Union cohesion policy, and prove the importance of the local and regional level for good European governance.

Among the four themes addressed this year, one will be dedicated to talent attraction and retention. The presence of ART-ER, given its commitment to the implementation of the regional law Attracting, valorising and promoting highly specialized talents in Emilia-Romagna, is strategically important to connect with regions and cities across Europe, keeping up with the latest developments in regional and cohesion policy.
