Docability 2 is a unique program designed to help you evaluate your competencies and align your skills with the needs of top companies driving the green transition. The entire program is conducted in English, making it an excellent opportunity also for international PhD students to participate and engage with leading businesses in Emilia-Romagna.

To evaluate and valorize your competencies: you will engage in workshops that help you identify your key strengths and learn how to present them in ways that meet the specific demands of companies working toward sustainable innovation.

Program structure

Phase 1 (December 2024): a series of online workshops in English, designed to help you evaluate your competencies, understand sustainability from a business perspective and prepare for engagement with companies.
Phase 2 (January 2025): participate in in-person sessions with companies in Emilia-Romagna, where you will collaborate on projects focused on the green transition and gain practical insights into business innovation.
