Cesena4Talents project aims to improve accessibility to services for highly specialized talents arriving in the Cesena area, ensuring easier integration and better welcoming. The project supports relocation, integration, and helps both individuals and their families settle smoothly into the community.

Services provided
Sportello Talenti (infodesk) is the service that provides guidance and assistance on a variety of essential aspects, in order to simplify the relocation and integration process for incoming talent.
The website offers detailed information to ensure that talents arriving in Cesena feel welcomed, informed, and well-supported. 
The service  is available in both Italian and English and includes:
• guidance on essential public services such as transportation, healthcare, education, and cultural activities;
• support with bureaucratic and administrative tasks, including the renewal of official documents such as identity cards;
• accompanying services for newly hired professionals and their partners/families;
• organization of events and initiatives to connect local employers with potential candidates;
• promotion of local services, job opportunities, and quality of life in Cesena.

Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna

The project provides tools and opportunities for the orientation and placement of students, recent graduates, PhD and PhD students in the transition from university to the world of work.

Services provided
The University is implementing a range of initiatives to enhance career orientation, placement, and alignment with labor market needs, with a focus on a multicampus and international approach:
• strengthened job orientation activities across campuses, including meetings with industry professionals and testimonials from alumni;
• expanded placement programs to increase contact between target groups and local companies, alongside dedicated mentoring pathways;
• support PhD Career Development exploring non-academic careers, such as seminars, workshops, and networking events with businesses, regional clusters, and public institutions;
• job orientation activities designed for international students, promoting awareness of local services provided by municipalities and the Metropolitan City;
• development of IT tools to support self-directed career planning.
