Users requests of information
Personal data provided by users filling the contact form will be processed in order to:
- Support requests of information and contacts with regards to the requirements of the project approved in the Consortium Program Agreement ART-ER – PAC 2020 for the following activity: Attraction of International Talents, High Competences Development, Talents Attraction. Processing of personal data provided by Users, in conformity with art.6 c.1 lett. e) EU Reg. 2016/679, is brought into being for the performance of a task carried out in the public interests or which is connected with the exercise of official authority, of which is invested the Data Controller. Therefore, the related processing does not need the interested party consent. Lack or wrong provision of data could affect the outcome of the request forwarded by the User.
- Send communication to the email address provided by the User regarding activities and projects carried out by ART-ER. The above-mentioned processing is facultative and is brought into being first obtaining consent of the User, in conformity with art. 6 c.1 lett.a) EU Reg. 2016/679. User’s consent can be revoked at any time by contacting ART-ER at the addresses provided at the end of this privacy policy.
Data processing modes
Personal data provided by Users will be processed by within the framework of its mission pursuit, for the purposes of carrying out the tasks entrusted to ART-ER by Emilia-Romagna Regional Authority and for the performance of the related institutional activities.
In order to grant processed data security and confidentiality, in accordance with what is prescribed by Art. 32 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and with the “Guidelines for the Regional IT system governance”, ART-ER has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures, suitable for reducing the risk of destruction, loss, unauthorized access, or not permitted data processing, or anyway not compliant with the purposes for which it is collected.

Personal data provided by the interested parties will be processed by ART-ER personnel, previously appointed as authorized for data processing, who received appropriate instructions with regards to measures, precautions and way of working, aimed at the effective protection of personal data processed.
Context of Data Communication
Personal data provided by Users could be communicated to the Head of the interested area, to public bodies and local authorities authorized by Law to request the acquisition, as well as, in accordance with the scopes of the subtended processing, third-party companies or professionals, appointed as Data Supervisor, pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 28 EU Reg. 2016/679 or in their capacities as persons in charge of data processing which ART-ER makes use of to perform its activity.
Data Supervisors List is available upon request to the Data Controller. It is expressly stated that Users personal data will not be transferred to third countries (Extra-UE) and will not be object to diffusion.
Data retention period
ART-ER will retain personal data of the interested party for the duration strictly necessary to achieve the purposes underlying the data processing itself, in full respect of retention obligations established by Law.
