Ferrara Talent Playground is an initiative developed with Laboratorio Aperto to retain and attract new talents in Ferrara. It offers personalized services that support both professional growth and personal well-being. The project enhances all aspects of everyday life for university students, professionals and their families.
Services offered
The project is a comprehensive resource providing information on a wide range of services that support professional, personal, and social aspects of life in Ferrara. The website facilitates a smooth and enriching transition by covering many aspects such as information for EU and non-EU citizens, finding a home, education, healthcare. Moreover, it provides information for:
• language courses in Italian and English to support integration;
• academic programs and internship support offered by the University of Ferrara;
• career guidance, job matching and training courses aligned with local labor market needs;
• access to coworking and innovation hubs like Laboratorio Aperto Ferrara;
• Talent Point services that include job placement, entrepreneurship, and startup support.
