It aims to connect job opportunities with local services and create a structured support system for individuals relocating to Reggio Emilia for work or study. The initiative includes a digital portal and personalized services to ease the transition and integration process.

• Bureaucratic assistanceand managing key administrative procedures for both EU and non-EU citizens.
• Housing support: assistance with finding and securing suitable accommodation.
• Family relocation services: aid in accessing nurseries, schools, universities, childcare, and expat networks.
• Italian language support: access to language courses and learning resources for newcomers.
• Job promotion and matching: connection to open positions and growing sectors within the local economy.
• City orientation and regional discovery: recommendations for exploring the Emilia-Romagna area and local cultural offerings.

This project leverages advanced artificial intelligence to enhance university graduate placement by precisely matching academic profiles with labour market opportunities, promoting sustainable development and digital transition. It aims to reduce recruitment costs for companies, improve regional productivity, and support tailored learning paths through integration with AlmaLaurea. Additionally, it fosters soft skills training and career matching initiatives to better align academic competencies with labor market needs.
