Rimini4Talent is a strategic initiative launched by the Municipality of Rimini with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, ART-ER, and Fondazione Piano Strategico. The project aims to attract and retain students, young professionals, and highly skilled workers by integrating them into the local social, economic, and cultural environment.
Services provided
The project offers services to support international talents and connect them with local opportunities, resources and communities. Services include:
• welcome and integration support (housing, healthcare, public transport);
• educational, training, and employment orientation;
• networking with universities, companies, and research centers;
• business support for startups and entrepreneurship;
• coordination with regional innovation policies and strategies.

Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna
The project provides tools and opportunities for the orientation and placement of students, recent graduates, PhD and PhD students in the transition from university to the world of work.
Services provided
The University is implementing a range of initiatives to enhance career orientation, placement, and alignment with labor market needs, with a focus on a multicampus and international approach:
• strengthened job orientation activities across campuses, including meetings with industry professionals and testimonials from alumni;
• expanded placement programs to increase contact between target groups and local companies, alongside dedicated mentoring pathways;
• support PhD Career Development exploring non-academic careers, such as seminars, workshops, and networking events with businesses, regional clusters, and public institutions;
• job orientation activities designed for international students, promoting awareness of local services provided by municipalities and the Metropolitan City;
• development of IT tools to support self-directed career planning.
