UNIBO Career Day 2025: Discover Career Opportunities in Emilia-Romagna

ART-ER is taking part in the 2025 Career Day of the University of Bologna, in its Romagna edition — an unmissable opportunity for students and graduates who want to discover professional and development opportunities in the region. It will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Palacongressi di Rimini (Via della Fiera 23), from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

An initiative to enhance talent

In line with Regional Law 2/2023, dedicated to the attraction, retention and enhancement of highly specialized talents, ART-ER – Competences and Territories for Innovation Unit, together with the Emilia-Romagna Region, the University of Bologna, and the main Municipalities of the Region, is organizing an initiative aimed at both Italian and international students and graduates.

Participants will have the chance to learn more about the services promoted by the Region and its Municipalities to support young talents, including:

• Career guidance and job placement support

• Assistance with administrative and bureaucratic procedures

• Networking opportunities with companies and institutions

• Information on professional growth and talent attraction programs

To explore the available services, participants can book a “speed date” with representatives of the Municipalities of Emilia-Romagna — a one-to-one meeting to ask questions, receive personalized information, and explore the services and opportunities available locally.

This event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the regional ecosystem that fosters innovation, research, and career development.
