European Projects Festival 2025: Open call to boost European projects

The European Projects Festival is an event for professionals, young people, associations, cultural institutions, research centres and local authorities working for a more inclusive, innovative and sustainable Europe. From 14 to 16 May 2025, the city of Ferrara will become the meeting point for debate about the major challenges that the European Union is facing.
If you are leading a project funded by a European programme and you are looking to expand its impact, this is your chance!
The festival is not just an event, but a platform for exchange and collaboration that offers international visibility, connection with experts in the sector and the possibility of establishing strategic alliances.
Over the course of three days talks, workshops, debates and cultural activities will take place, providing a unique space to learn, share ideas and actively contribute to the future of Europe.
Who can participate?
Projects must have European funding and a Grant Agreement Number. To apply, you need to submit a detailed description of the initiative, including the title, a summary, information about the partners and the allocated budget.
Present your project and make an impact
Six projects will be selected to participate in the Forum section of the festival, where they will be presented in a workshop format to an international audience. This is a unique opportunity to share and learn from each other in a space designed to foster change. The selection will be made by the festival's Scientific Committee, which will evaluate the proposals and choose the most outstanding ones for this edition.
