it-ER Ambassador Day 2025, applications are now open: join the community of international talents and become an it-ER Ambassador
Take part in the annual event held in Reggio Emilia on November 22, 2025, a day of networking and team building for international students, researchers, and professionals living in Emilia-Romagna
ART-ER invites international students, PhDs, researchers, and professionals living in Emilia-Romagna, to participate in the it-ER Ambassador Day 2025, the annual event for the community of talents who have chosen to live and work in the region. The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 22nd, in Reggio Emilia.
The event will offer the opportunity to connect with fellow talents, engage in team-building activities, and actively contribute to the development of the it-ER International Talents Emilia-Romagna program, promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region and managed by ART-ER, which aims to attract and retain international talents.
Who Can Become an Ambassador?
The program is open to all international citizens – university students, PhD candidates, researchers, or professionals – currently residing in Emilia-Romagna who are passionate about the region. The enthusiasm and experience of those living here are considered fundamental assets to inspire others who are considering moving, studying, or working in the area. Ambassadors act as true "bridge-builders" for the community.
Event Details
The it-ER Ambassador Day will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The full day will be dedicated to getting to know each other, planning new initiatives, and strengthening the network. The morning session will be held at the Chiostri di San Pietro, while the afternoon activities will take place at the Tecnopolo (Pavilion 19). A detailed agenda for the event is available to all participants.
