it-ER Smart Co-cooking
On Thursday, May 27th at 7PM international talents of the Emilia-Romagna region will meet in each other kitchen and cook togehther with Elahe Rajabiani during the it-ER Smart Co-cooking session.
Smart Co-cooking is an online cooking workshop format where “culinary nomads”, i.e. simple enthusiasts and amateur cooks, can share their knowledge and flavors with other participants while cooking a special recipe together.
The format was conceived and launched during the quarantine by the Cozinha Nomade association. Almost 30 co-cooking sessions have been held to date, involving a total of almost 300 participants.
The main purpose of it-ER Smart Co-cooking has been to create a space to share, interact with other internationals, listen to their stories and learn new recipes. The culinary nomad has been Elahe Rajabiani, Innovation Coach and Service Designer at Almacube, the incubator and innovation center of the University of Bologna and Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.
The event was opened to internationals living in Emilia-Romagna, Emilia-Romagna youth living abroad and those who have returned from abroad who are registered in the it-ER community of the EROI web platform.
